Row Crop Production Trainee (Remington, IN, Constantine, MI, or Matthews, MO sites)

As a Row Crop Production Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various departments, develop foundational knowledge of the row crop business, and contribute to the production of high-quality products. Your Tasks And Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Row Crop Production Trainee, are to :

• Work across various departments, including crop production, equipment operation and maintenance, safety, quality, and supply chain logistics, to build a foundational knowledge of the row crop business;
• Help coordinate daily tasks, such as creating work plans, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed;
• Support squads to enable the production of the highest quality product in accordance with all forecasted demand needs;
• Learn to operate, maintain, and repair modern agricultural and manufacturing equipment, production tools, and data management software;
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency, working toward the company's overall performance goals while keeping an agile mindset;
• Assist in collecting production data to maintain accurate service logs and environmental data;
• Document and standardize internal workflows to shape a consistent framework for the team, evaluate current processes, and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and achieve results;
• Encourage collaboration across different parts of the organization and help remove inefficiencies or obstacles within processes;
• Empower team members by creating space for them to solve problems and ensuring they have the right tools to thrive.

Posting is available until December 18, 2025. Location of the role would be Remington, IN, Constantine, MI, OR Matthews, MO sites. Eligible for domestic relocation assistance. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $55,360.80 - $83,041.20. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data / ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
