We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare team in Kingston as an Assistant Nurse Manager. This role supports the Nurse Manager in leading clinical operations, ensuring top-quality patient care, and guiding nursing staff within a busy family practice and specialty setting.

Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) Responsibilities :

• Assist with daily oversight of patient care activities and clinical staff.
• Monitor the quality and effectiveness of nursing care, making recommendations for improvement.
• Support staff hiring, scheduling, evaluations, and professional development.
• Lead team meetings, coordinate referrals, and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Oversee the use of supplies, equipment, and technology to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and performance improvement goals.
• Step in for the Nurse Manager as needed, including handling leadership responsibilities.
