Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A leadership opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Manager specializing in home infusion services. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, from clean room management and staff supervision to coordinating distribution with the warehouse and handling recruitment and performance evaluations.

Location : Yukon, OK

Type : Direct Hire

Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Supervisor or designate in procuring drugs, supplies, and equipment for drug preparation and administration.
  • Maintain clinical expertise in pharmacotherapy and intravenous therapy by staying current with literature, seminars, and in-services.
  • Perform staff pharmacist duties as needed.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, coordinate distribution processes, and conduct employee performance reviews.

    • Qualifications and Desired Experience :

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; Doctor of Pharmacy or Master of Science in Pharmacy preferred.
  • Current pharmacist license registered in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience with intravenous admixture services and intravenous therapy.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
