About the Role :
This position will oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and working capital management while driving strategic business insights and supporting cross-border teams in the U.S. and India. Experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting
Manage financial reporting and ensure US GAAP compliance
Oversee month-end close, AP / AR, payroll, and intercompany accounting
Partner with external auditors and tax consultants
Handle cash and treasury management, working capital, and compliance
Lead a small finance team while collaborating with HR, recruiting, and operations
Drive automation and process improvement across financial workflows
Qualifications :
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred
7 10+ years of financial management experience (10 15 preferred)
Experience with accounting tools like QuickBooks, ERP systems, and ADP payroll
