About The Position
A great School is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team! Responsibilities and requirements include : Conducts initial and on-going behavior assessments for students with a PBSP or may need a PBSP. To design, implement, and collect data on a PBSP. To answer pages and provide crisis intervention as needed. To participate as a member of the IEP team as well as during IEP meetings if requested. To provide support to classroom staff in managing students with challenging behaviors. Qualifications / Education and Experience : Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field Current Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Licensed to practice by state(s) in which services are being provided by state Experience working with children with severe and multiple disabilities preferred.
