Griswold Home Care is seeking a passionate and driven Community Liaison to serve as the vital link between our agency and the Worcester County community. In this part-time, salaried position (with commission), you’ll play a key role in promoting our services, advocating for those in need of home care, and building lasting partnerships with healthcare providers and local organizations. If you're a motivated professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (e.g., communications, business, healthcare).
Experience : Minimum 1 year in community outreach, business development, or similar—preferably within home care, healthcare, or social services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills —written, and verbal.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary : Part-time salary plus monthly commission based on outreach and performance.
