IT Integration, Application Development, and ADS Manager

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Third Party and Integration Team Director, the manager plans, directs and coordinates operations and activities of integration platforms, applications, and MS SQL Server databases and their administration.
Responsibilities
Organize and supervise four teams : Interface Team, Application Delivery Services, Application Development.
Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, priorities and procedures aligned with IT Strategic Plan.
Oversee strategic roadmap for critical inpatient and biomedical systems.
Collaborate across departments to ensure governance and accountability with IT partners.
Prepare and administer assigned budget, review invoices, purchase orders.
Coordinate training programs, design, fund and schedule external trainers.
Monitor, analyze and resolve system problems across varied environments.
Maintain expertise in application integration and interface services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications – Minimum
Seven years of experience in system administration, information systems development, maintenance and support, or information technology project management.
Four years of Healthcare IT experience.
Two years of supervisory experience.
Associate degree in computer science or equivalent.
One year full-time employment is equivalent to 2,000 hours.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience managing multiple technical teams.
Experience creating strategic plans, project timelines and roadmaps.
Experience with integration platforms such as Rhapsody, Epic Bridges, Data Courier.
Experience with HL7, FHIR APIs, Epic App Orchard.
Experience with API platforms, PowerApps, MS SQL Server.
Salary
$165,334 – $235,326
