Customer Service Representative

Our client, a nationwide leader in manufactured corrugated products, has an immediate need for an experienced Customer Service Representative, to join their winning team in Moonachie. Our candidate of choice will bring prior corrugated experience as a CSR and be responsible for supporting our customers needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Support Sales and Customers with order processing. Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Manage customer orders through delivery Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services KEY REQUIREMENTS : High School Diploma required AA Degree preferred Strong typing and data entry skills required for CSR Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Please apply today to be one of the first people considered for this position!
