PAY & BENEFITS

This Fitness Studio Manager position comes with a competitive base salary of $38,000 - $40,000 / year . With commission, your earning potential reaches up to $55,000 / year !

You oversee a wide range of areas to keep our studio successful, performing tasks like managing memberships, contacting members with no bookings, coordinating inventory, and hiring and training staff.

Driven to increase membership and community engagement, you organize fun events and maintain an active social media presence. You run sales reports, identify areas for improvement, and create strategies for increasing profits. With an upbeat attitude, you interact with members, strengthen relationships, and foster our standing in the community.
