What will I be doing? As a Houseperson, you will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and service in designated areas. In support of the hotel's efforts to achieve and maintain five-star service, you will assist room attendants, respond to guest requests, and complete special projects to enhance the overall guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will ensure that all areas meet the expectations of luxury and excellence. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Clean and maintain designated areas to uphold the hotel's cleanliness and condition standards.
• Assist room attendants.
• Perform deep cleaning.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Deliver supplies, and amenities to departments, guest rooms, and storage areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality.
• Maintain housekeeping storage areas in an organized and presentable manner.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the housekeeping and operations teams.

The rate of pay for this role is $29.15-$38.87 and is based on applicable and specialized experience.
