• Monday - Friday with 4-day work week schedule, 8am - 5pm
• 20 patients per day with 3-day onboarding period
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Modified schedule template during initial ramp-up period
• EMR training provided self-paced and in-person instruction
• Focus on well child visits and women's health 80% of patient mix
• Same day and urgent care visits comprise 10% of schedule
• Medicare wellness visits comprise 10% of schedule
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)
