Leading Technology Solutions Provider with offices spread out across 5 states is in growth mode and hiring Junior Insides Sales Support Specialists to provide administrative, technical, and sales support to the sales team and customers, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Firm is in growth mode and has a structured training program that allows for individuals with great energy, ambition, and aptitude to get up to speed quickly and efficiently.

This role typically involves managing leads, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support :
• Maintain accurate records, manage calendars, process orders, and handle paperwork.
• Technical Support :
• Provide light technical assistance to sales staff and customers, answer technical questions, and troubleshoot issues by identifying and tracking down key technical Engineers to assist clients' and Account Manager's needs.
• Sales Support :
• Qualify prospects, and work with sales teams to close deals.
• Customer Service :
• Handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order Management :
• Process orders, manage inventory, and track shipments.
• Data Management :
• Maintain accurate databases and CRM systems.
• Collaboration :
• Work with other departments, such as engineering and customer service, to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
