Responsibilities

Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation regulations.

Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Engage in performance measurement and strive to meet treatment targets.

Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care and treatment plans.

Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy and report findings.

Educate patients and families about treatment processes and expectations.

Utilize advanced technology and equipment for radiation therapy procedures.

Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.

Stay updated on advancements in radiation therapy techniques and practices.

Contribute to a positive work environment focused on teamwork and accountability.

Experience / Qualifications

Valid state license as a Radiation Therapist in Ohio.

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.

Strong desire to meet performance targets and treatment goals.

Experience with radiation therapy equipment and advanced technology.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and radiation regulations.

Ability to maintain accurate patient treatment records consistently.

Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.

Ability to monitor and evaluate patient responses effectively.

Experience collaborating with healthcare teams for patient care.
