Program Manager

The Program Manager oversees complex, high-impact programs across departments, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and measurable outcomes. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages budgets, and mitigates risks to deliver business value.

Key responsibilities include :

• Strategic planning : Define program objectives aligned with organizational goals and develop long-term roadmaps.
• Program execution : Manage the full lifecycle of programsfrom initiation and planning to execution and closure.
• Stakeholder engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective communication.
• Risk management : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Resource allocation : Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
• Process improvement : Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to optimize workflows.
• Performance monitoring : Track KPIs and deliverables to assess progress and impact.
