  • Ensure that the grounds are kept free of litter.
  • Using a variety of equipment such as mowers, blowers, clippers, and edgers to create and prep soil for plant placement.
  • Team members are also responsible for set up and clean up, and taking good care of our trucks and machinery.
  • Prune, plant, and maintain shrubs, groundcovers, and other landscape materials.
  • Mow, edge, and blow segments of turf.  Install and care for seasonal color annuals.
  • Participate in OSHA / Safety programs within the resort through awareness in everyday job functions.
  • Work Environment Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate / loud.  The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 80 pounds.
  • Required Education and Experience High school or equivalent education required.
  • Previous experience is helpful, but you must have an understanding of landscape basics Mechanical talents such as minor mower / equipment repair and irrigation repair are a plus.
  • Must be able to provide resort-quality hospitality to all guests.
  • Y ou must be at least 18 years old, enthusiastic and dependable, and able to safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters.    Powered by JazzHR
