Work Dates Needed : starting Asap - Thru Feb 28, 2026 (possible additional 6 month extension)

Any state license is accepted

Preferred Schedule : Mon - Fri between 8a - 8p. Typically 8-10 hour shifts, often closing shift from 11a - 8p; Weekends Sat & Sun, 1p-5p (4 hr shifts); expected weekly hours 40-50 Hrs

Worksite Setting : Rural Facility In South Dakota

Scope of Work : Deliver high quality primary and urgent care to patients; See approximately 16 patients per day; Perform examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning and prescribe medications

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active unrestricted license in at least one US State or territory; BLS; ACLS; DEA; Board Certification
