Your day as a Die Cutting Operator

You’ll own your press from start to finish, taking responsibility for accuracy, quality, safety, and speed.

• Set up, adjust, and operate the die-cutting machine, including all related processes such as stripping and blanking.
• Tear down the previous job; log impressions for saved jobs with date, press and chase number; dispose of dies as marked or store per specification.
• Pull samples and perform glue set checks to confirm accuracy against specifications; keep a sharp eye on quality throughout the run.
• Continuously monitor the machine and correct issues quickly to maintain consistency and throughput.
• Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs; keep your equipment in top condition.
• Work safely and efficiently while collaborating with a team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
