Outdoor Porter / Grounds Tech - Brick NJ & Toms River

Dare Commercial Services is looking for an individual to maintain the appearance of local shopping centers and parking lots by performing debris removal and general cleaning.

This job requires manual labor which includes, replacing trash bags, picking up debris and keeping property clean.

Perfect for semi-retired person looking for exercise!

Approximately  3-5 hours a day Could lead to FT Requirements :

• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE Must be able to work early mornings and weekends Foot patrolling of all grass areas for trash and debris of shopping centers Emptying trash cans and replacing trash bags Use of hand held blowers Cleaning debris from around dumpster areas, loading docks and corrals Cleaning debris along fence lines and walkways Must have valid driver's license AND reliable transportation   Must be physically able to perform the duties of this job.
• Must be able to walk, bend, and lift objects at any given time as well as drive for extended periods of time.
