Key Responsibilities Achieve sales quotas for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis Develop and execute new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams Conduct in-depth research of Genpact's needs to tailor the value proposition Required Qualifications 12-15+ years of experience in global alliances and partner sales in Enterprise Software or Cloud Services Proven skills in building go-to-market plans for Channel and Global SI partners Experience with strategic systems integrators and service providers in Software / SaaS Strong background in sales or alliance partnerships managing multi-million-dollar deals Bachelor's degree and / or MBA is a strong plus
