Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer support requests and troubleshoot technical issues
Collaborate with the development team to translate customer challenges into actionable solutions
Participate in daily meetings to discuss customer issues and task progress
Required Qualifications
Advanced scripting skills in Python, GoLang, Ruby, or Bash
Knowledge of internet core protocols such as DNS, TCP / SSL, and HTTP
Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible
Proficiency in managing Linux hosts and technical customer support
Ability to document processes and share knowledge effectively
