Vermont Nursing Assistant license.

Previous homecare or facility care desired.

Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with clients who are elderly, ill and / or incapacitated, and to explain / teach basic skills.

Keen observation skills and the ability to report effectively.

Deal calmly and efficiently with emergency situations if necessary.
