ABA Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist Overview :

Under the supervision of a BCBA, the ABA Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism (ASD). A Therapist is assigned 1-2 Cases, and clients are seen individually throughout the week. We focus on building strong rapport with the client and their family through consistent assignments. Therapy sessions usually run 3-5 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and / or at our Center in Auburn. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school / other work location. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).
