As the Studio Manager for Stretch Zone's Connecticut market expansion, you will play a pivotal role in launching and growing our presence from one studio to eight. This dynamic position combines the responsibilities of a studio Sales Manager with those of an Area Manager, requiring a versatile leader capable of driving sales, managing operations, and scaling our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Management : Lead and manage the teams at three Stretch Zone locations, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
• Customer Service : Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all locations. Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and care, enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Sales and Financial Performance : Drive top-line sales and manage budgets effectively. Monitor financial performance, including payroll, supply orders, and financial audits, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Event Coordination : Plan and execute three events per studio per month, working closely with the marketing team to increase studio visibility and customer engagement.
• Operational Oversight : Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing schedules, time clocks, payroll, and supply orders. Ensure all locations adhere to company standards and protocols.
• Training and Onboarding : Develop and implement training programs for new hires. Manage the onboarding process to integrate new employees seamlessly into the team.
• Hiring and Utilization Management : Handle recruitment, hiring, and employee utilization management. Ensure adequate coverage for vacation periods and other absences.
• Strategic Planning : Contribute to long and short-range strategic planning initiatives. Provide input on market trends, customer needs, and operational improvements.
