The City of Novato is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal or Senior Management Analyst to join the City Manager's Office. This position will play a key role in supporting high-level projects, policy development, and organizational initiatives that enhance City services and community outcomes. In addition, the role may include responsibilities related to the management and oversight of the City's real estate holdings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in areas such as policy analysis, project management, financial analysis, organizational development, real estate or asset management, and program implementation, and will be comfortable working across departments and with community partners.
