We're seeking a forward‑thinking Senior Financial Analyst to drive the financial strategy for the high‑growth Advertising business directly supporting the GenAI Creative Experience product org. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping transformative AI products that will redefine how shoppers and viewers engage with Ads.

Key job responsibilities

• Manage financial and operational performance metrics for the business (e.g., weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews).
• Partner with the Creative Formats and Creative Optimization product team to anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze initiatives and results; identify and drive growth and improvement opportunities.
• Support the growth of the advertising business by evaluating and understanding shopper and advertiser needs and value drivers, supporting strategic initiatives, and forecasting high‑impact growth strategies.
• Uphold and enforce an environment of strong financial controllership.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
