Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (including 480V 3-phase).Support installation, upgrades, and relocation of production equipment.Collaborate with engineering and plant maintenance teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Apply TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies to drive efficiency and minimize downtime.Identify and implement system improvements to optimize automation and production performance.Maintain accurate project documentation and technical records.Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during all on-site activities.Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant certifications or technical degrees considered.3+ years as a maintenance mechanic or field technician experience.Proven expertise in hydraulics—especially in plastic blow molding or injection molding environments.Exposure to PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic drafting is a plus.Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time to support multiple plant locations.Hands-on knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance practices.Compensation Range : $75,000 - $115,000
