A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor to support the management of the Representative team and ensure efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities Ensure superior service quality is delivered to all customers and provide escalation support for agents Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet or exceed key performance metrics and maintain a positive remote work environment Monitor real-time queues and evaluate processes to improve operational efficacy and service Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent professional experience Three years of professional customer service experience and one year of large team supervisory experience Ability to work full time from 11 : 00 am to 8 : 00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday Ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language (REQUIRED) All offers of employment are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background check and drug screen
