Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development of client-focused proposals and manage the proposal process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of the proposal process for RFPs, RFIs, and client-facing opportunities

Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop tailored proposal content and ensure compliance with requirements

Track and report on proposal metrics while managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

6+ years of experience in proposal writing and management, preferably in a law firm or B2B environment

Experience responding to complex RFPs for legal services or similar professional services

Strong project management and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
