Job descriptionCompetitive pay Great working location within a leading healthcare organization Health, vision, dental, and life insurance Refer-a-friend bonus Weekly payroll 24-hour recruiter accessibility Personalized support from the Power Personnel team Bachelor’s degree in a work-related discipline / field from an accredited college or university Two to three (2–3) years of progressively responsible and directly related experience Knowledge of Lean, JIT, Six Sigma, and / or Agile / Scrum techniques Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project, and Outlook Understanding of strategic planning, leadership development, and program management principles Coordinate Working Group meetings, including scheduling, content creation, standardized PowerPoints, notes, and action follow-ups Manage award applications and reporting submissions, defining scope and deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders and vendors Lead engagement events for Sustainability; coordinate research and resources for successful delivery Collaborate with internal departments (Supply Chain, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Services, etc.) to ensure consistent program application Coordinate and participate in staff training and competency assessments for program equipment, supplies, and techniques Develop unit programs, roles / responsibilities, and program algorithms as appropriate Assist the Executive Director with seasonal, time-sensitive, cross-functional projects Provide program leadership for assigned improvement initiatives using A3 documentation and standard methodologies Manage program design and structure to align with key organizational initiatives and projects Prepare and maintain accurate, auditable records and cost estimates Participate in program office reporting, communicate results to leadership, and attend meetings to address program issues This position may require on-call availability during non-standard hours (nights, weekends, or holidays) to meet business needs Coordinate meetings and manage AI-generated notes Prepare presentation and content materials with leadership and team members Conduct research for executive briefings Attend Operational Excellence meetings across departments Assist in operationalizing AI workforce improvement tools Support staff training and onboarding initiatives

- Pay : $50.00-$70.33
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday (2 days onsite / week and occasional special events)
- Shifts : 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM
- Location : Menlo Park, CA
- Duration : 6 months initially
