A well-regarded Pacific Northwest law firm is seeking an experienced  Civil Litigation Attorney (4135)  to join its busy practice. This full-time, in-office position may be based in either the firm’s Bothell or Edmonds office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience, strong client service skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meet with clients and counsel them on legal needs
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in a timely manner
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Interview clients and witnesses, and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues and delegate work to staff as appropriate
• Provide excellent client service while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
