Overview
The Inventory Control Coordinator will reconcile daily production materials usage against inventory, cycle count inventory, make JDE inventory moves, organize inventory for 'first-in / first-out' usage and perform other materials related tasks.
Responsibilities
Inventory Transfers and Work Order Processing
- Inventory Transfers in JDE for accurate daily control
- Review and Reconcile issues versus scans daily
- Ensure Orders are complete and processed in a timely manner for Daily and Month End reporting
Inventory Control
Reconcile JDE Raw Materials inventory nightly based on the materials used during the previous day\'s productionReconcile JDE Finished Goods inventory nightly based on the previous day production and CARDEX and Line ManifestRequest and print inventory reports as neededPerform inventory counts, per instructionsReconcile counts against inventory reportsExecute system movements for all items moved on a daily basisAccurate and timely completion and processing of paperwork and data input to support inventory transactionsMonitor Non-Conforming and Out-of-date Materials counts and locationsAbility to complete appropriate paperwork accurately and in a timely manner (Including Cycle Count Reports, Pick List generation, Spread Sheets, IA\'s, etc.)Ensure filing is completed dailyWarehousing
Understand and operate appropriate computer systems in JDEFollow FIFO guidelines in storage of productPhysically destroy or quarantine on-hold or out-of-date raw materials, as instructedCreate accurate pallet tickets as needed for raw materials and packagingReconcile Work Orders within JDE as neededAccurately update prepared reports and spreadsheetsCertified to operate forklift and other material handling equipmentSanitation / Safety
Understands and follows all sanitation and safety guidelinesPerforms general housekeeping in work areas as needed or assignedConducts forklift inspections prior to useConduct safety audits and suggest corrective actions when requestedLeadership
Maintains documentation outlining how each aspect of job is performedIdentify material requirements for production. Prepare daily Pick ListsIdentify processes / procedures that are not being followed and notify Logistics ManagerWork with appropriate parties as directed to correct or improve processes / proceduresAct as point person for materials issues at production start-upPerform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications
Prefer High school diploma or GEDMaintain forklift certificationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office software, JDE knowledge a plusAbility to work in production / warehouse environment with constant exposure to loud machineryAbility to work in extreme temperatures, both indoors and outdoorsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
