Required Qualifications

3-5 years of training experience supporting sales or client-facing teams

3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in professional services or legal sector

Strong foundation in consultative sales and coaching techniques

Proficiency in Salesforce for performance tracking and reporting

High level of knowledge in Microsoft Suite and virtual communication tools
