Are you looking for a fun and fast-paced job in a beautiful golf course setting? Were seeking a motivated and skilled Outside Grill Cook to join our Food & Beverage team at Bonnie Dundee Golf Club. If you enjoy cooking delicious meals and providing great service in an outdoor environment, this is the role for you!
What Youll Do
As an Outside Grill Cook, youll :
Prepare and cook all menu items according to recipe guidelines.
Ensure food is prepped, grilled, and served to high-quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized grilling station.
Label, date, and store food products properly.
Operate the grill safely and perform routine maintenance.
Handle food sales transactions and provide friendly customer service.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory, stocking, and ordering supplies as needed.
Who You Are
Youre a reliable team player with :
A passion for cooking and providing excellent service.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.
Strong attention to detail and food safety practices.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
The ability to obtain a Food Handler certification within 30 days of hire.
Minimum age 16 requirement.
Schedule
Part-time, seasonal position (AprilOctober, weather dependent).
2-3 days per week, 6-8 hours per shift.
Weekends and holidays required as needed.
