Registered Nurse (RN) Assessments

This is a PRN position.\n\nAllpro Homecare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for as needed Client Assessments to become part of our team and join our mission of providing quality non-medical homecare to our veteran population.\n

• Online Training Available\n\nResponsibilities : \n
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of in-home care Veteran clients\n
• Assess clients' conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks\n
• Educate clients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures, and make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the client's quality of life\n
• Staff Supervisory Visits\n
• Complete appropriate and timely documentation of all client care, including progress note, summaries, and per state requirements\n
• Provide effective communication to clients, their family members, and other team members\n\nQualifications : \n
• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state required\n
• Current state license in good standing as an RN\n
• Must be able to pass a New Mexico National background check\n
• Must complete New Mexico Abuse Check\n
• Must complete state-required Fingerprinting\n
• Must complete state-required TB Testing\n
• Must complete state-required First Aid Certification\n
• Must complete state-required CPR Certification\n
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor\n
• Excellent communication skills\n
