You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for our procurement team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts for various programs, including commercial, DOD, and international initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Staff, you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams and overseeing the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for specialized materials, equipment, and services. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts
• Leading multifunctional subcontract management teams
• Developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions
• Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, and evaluating proposals
• Negotiating subcontract provisions, including price, and administering resulting subcontracts
• Holding procurement delegation and signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority

This position is in Orlando. Must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Desired skills :

Part-time remote telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Secret clearance required.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
