Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and the ability to manage many departments in our dynamic boutique social service agency. This candidate will think outside of the box on setting up systems that support our team, the family childcare providers and families we serve. This candidate will have a passion for turning best practice theory in to implementable strategies.
- The candidate will be able to assess risks and respond appropriately. Identify opportunities and direct resource to optimize the company’s performance.
 - The Network director will work closely with the Executive Director and be able to cultivate a strong trusting relationship.
 
Responsibilities
Oversee all administrative functions of the FCC Network.Ensure compliance with Department of Education Network policies as outlined in the DOE Network Handbook and Contract. Supervise the work of all FCCN monitoring and administrative staff.Maintain relationships with community partners who provide mental health, special needs, and other support services for all affiliated providers and families.Report progress in all these areas to the Network Executive DirectorAlert the Network Executive Director of any problems or concernsWork in partnership with the Financial Manager to insure the financial stability of the Network.Skills
Willingness to travel within FCC Network catchment area.Time management skills are essential.Ability to multitaskMust be a team playerAppreciation for the unique needs of all affiliated providers and families.Requirements
Masters of Social Work (MSW) or Masters in Education in Early Childhood Education (MSED) with a focus on Business Administration with Leadership experience.Relevant work experience working in family Child Care and or infant toddler care a plus.Benefits
