4 Room LDRP, 2 Antepartum, 5 post op bed Women's Center nurse-to-patient ratio per state regulations and AWHONN recommendations. Preceptor programs for new nurses to help with transition into Women's Center and opportunities for learning / professional development such as charge nurse, preceptor, and clinical ladder program. Flexibility in schedule that allows for continuing education or balance between work and personal life.

How you'll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role :

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
• Ability to float to various clinical areas where qualified and competent.
