Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Collections Specialist responsible for managing patient accounts and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

Contact patients for payments on outstanding balances

Process account adjustments and establish payment plans

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent GED

1+ years of experience in collections or customer service

Preferred experience in receivable accounts, medical billing, or healthcare administration

Familiarity with CRM and phone systems, such as Salesforce and Five9, is highly preferred

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
