Eagle Systems, Inc. is seeking an addition to our team who possess strong communication skills and enjoys a fast paced environment. This position will be directly involved in dispatching and support opportunities for our intermodal drayage trucking operations in the Vancouver / Portland market.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Scan driver paperwork, file driver paperwork according to date ranges.
• Ensure all equipment is compliant with a focus on all safety areas and supporting paperwork.
• Work with dispatch on daily scheduling.
• Work to collect customer orders and process billing and purchase transportation.
• Interact with multiple customers daily : written and verbal

Requirements :

Qualifications and Requirements

Compensation : $20-$24 / hour

Schedule : Office based position Monday-Friday
