Us Compensation Controller
We are seeking a US Compensation Controller to oversee employee expense reporting, forecasting, and controls for our financial services client. Acting as the link between Finance and HR, this role ensures compliance with US GAAP / IFRS and drives the global compensation strategy in partnership with the Group Compensation Controller in London.
Responsibilities :
- Own policies and controls for employee expenses, including variable pay and deferred awards
- Manage SOX compliance and chart of accounts for compensation
- Partner with HR to monitor and forecast employee costs (salaries, bonuses, taxes, benefits)
- Provide reporting, scenario analysis, and insights to support leadership decisions
- Support CFO / Deputy CFO on the financial impact of new compensation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SEC, Client, NFA, CFTC, and other regulations
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of compensation accounting / control experience
