Competitive Compensation :   Starting at $23.25 per hour.

Shifts Needed :  1st Shift, Red 1 05 : 48am – 6 : 00pm

We are looking for Manufacturing Associates for our Plastics Facility. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

Crafting Excellence :   Your Responsibilities

• Ability to operate low-complexity machinery and some high-complexity machinery and processes, at rate, while adhering to all quality and safety standards.
• Must be able to complete required paperwork as directed by leadership.
• Knowledge of SAP manufacturing
• Frequent independent judgment is required in making decisions on equipment.
• Ability of reading Blueprints and have mathematical knowledge to calculate figures.
• Required to keep production areas as safe and clean as possible.
• All other duties assigned as needed by supervisor.
