Software Developer

Requirements :

• Modify existing software to correct errors and to improve performance of applications.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design. Implement the requirements to the project
• Work on front-end application development using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery and Javascript
• Perform database operations and write server side language in RPG in IBM mainframe AS400.
• Use Green screen and RDI tool for browsing and updating RPG programs
• Work with REST API’s calls using POSTMAN and JSON for analyzing data exchange between client and server
• Troubleshoot applications using Google Chrome and Internet Explorer developer tools by inspecting the web application and traverse through the nodes of the tree using DOM functions
• Check cross browser compatibility for different browsers
• Attend weekly scrum meetings
• Create technical documentation
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of Engineering with 1 year experience
• Skills in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular / React, SQL, PHP / Node JS, Javascript, RPG, and JSON
