Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer / Designer to join our team. They will be responsible for supporting the development, design, and implementation of electrical solutions. They will provide electrical aspects including design, detail, costing, studies, prototype testing, and more. The Engineer / Designer will work collaboratively across departments and external suppliers to ensure successful completion of projects.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting in all aspects of engineering design from concept planning to completion for designated projects, specific to the discipline of electrical engineering.
• Review development of design for compliance with engineering standards, practices, and codes.
• Realize product designs through translation of requirements and design specifications, coordinate across departments to ensure project scope is met.
• Support all phases of engineering testing responsibilities and deliverables.
• Prepare and present technical presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform field inspections as needed.
• Provide mentoring to team members as needed.
• Stay current on engineering developments, technology, materials, trends, and regulations.
