Job descriptionAdminister medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions Provide skilled care (e.g., tube feedings, wound care, catheterization) Coordinate with physicians, residents, and families Advocate for your residents and ensure top-quality, person-centered care Maintain accurate, timely documentation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active Idaho license (or compact) Compassionate communicator and team player Willing to learn and follow SNF-specific regulations Passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors
