Job description

Join a Growing Outpatient Pediatric Clinic.

Provide 1 : 1 occupational therapy services in a supportive, clinician-owned setting where quality care and work-life balance come first. This is a full-time 36-hour / week position (includes documentation time and lunch) with flexible scheduling and no weekends.

Position Overview :

  • Outpatient pediatric OT role – infants through young teens.
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday (half day on Friday).

    • What You’ll Do :

  • Provide individualized 1 : 1 OT services for children from infancy to young teens.
  • Conduct evaluations and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based and creative interventions in a sensory-rich environment.
  • Collaborate closely with families and colleagues for whole-child care.
  • Contribute ideas and help shape specialty programming.
  • Manage your schedule with autonomy and complete documentation within your workday.

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Illinois (required).
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • 2+ years pediatric OT experience (outpatient preferred, but strong new grads with passion for pediatrics encouraged to apply).
  • Interest in or openness to holistic approaches, including reflex integration.
  • Strong clinical reasoning, creativity, and adaptability.
  • Collaborative, reliable, and enthusiastic about ongoing learning.
