Position Purpose

Our retail sales associates play a vital role in our mission of Creating & sharing the experience of a more flavorful life. Every guest interaction is an opportunity to deliver an engaging and flavorful experience to our guests; many of whom are visiting us for the first time! The Spice & Tea Exchange of San Marco prides itself on operating as a flagship location for our brand and providing opportunities for retail associates to learn and grow in a culinary-centered environment. Retail Sales Associates contribute to our daily store operations and act as our greatest brand ambassadors.
