We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing our clients in court. You will be working on a variety of cases, including complex litigation matters, and will play a key role in shaping our legal strategy. Responsibilities :

1. Draft and reviewing and negotiating a wide range of legal documents including pleadings, discovery, briefs and memos.

2. Represent clients in court.

3. Conduct legal research.

4. Assist in developing case strategies.

Qualifications :

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia (GA)

3. Proficiency in legal research and writing, with a strong ability to draft clear, concise and effective legal documents.

4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

7. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
