Position Summary

The Services Manager is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Services Division for the assigned location. The Services Manager will lead and develop the Services Superintendents assigned within the designated location. Develop and nurture relationships with clients in the assigned location. Responsible to direct and maintain acceptable levels of production, while professionally representing Camp. Ability to work independently. Hold weekly meetings with local Services Team to plan for the week / upcoming jobs.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

The Services Manager will be called upon to communicate effectively with other Camp employees, vendors, subcontractors, and clients including property-level personnel. Services Managers should have experience bidding, selling, and producing work in the construction industry and communication skills to effectively discharge their assigned duties. Excellent organization and multitasking skills, and attention to detail. General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, general maintenance. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Must have 5+ years’ experience in construction services with at least 2 years leading teams. Must have completed OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses, or complete OSHA 10 within first 10 working days, and OSHA 30 within the first 40 working days of employment with Camp.
