Marketing Operations Intern

Job Description

Agilent is seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Marketing Operations Intern to join our Team. This 9month intern opportunity offers a chance to gain handsonexperience in marketing operations and offers an excellent opportunity to learn about marketing processes and foundations.

The Marketing Operations intern is a member of the Marketing Operations team which defines global processes and workflows within the Global Marketing team. We help to streamline and consolidate processes where possible educate marketing teams on operational tools and systems and assist teams with promotion requests. We also connect tools and teams to proper resources needed to ensure they have what is needed to be successful.

As a Marketing Operations Intern you will work directly with the rest of the Marketing Ops team and will help execute Agilents marketing programs. You will also get the opportunity to drive internal projects requiring coordination with other functions departments and organizations.

You will collaborate with team members and colleagues from all over the world. At the same time you will gain and apply knowledge about Agilents industry infrastructure and organization. You will part of a fun creative and highly driven team.

Responsibilities include :

Learn about project management platforms used throughout the marketing team to maximize project efficiency.

Assist with uploading marketing collateral to publishing systems.

Help gather analytics for the literature team.

Optimize marketing content through various workflows used to create literature.

Gain knowledge about Sharepoint systems and help update and edit content used by team members.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program with a focus on Marketing Business or a Related field.

Completed Junior year in a 4year degree program.

Candidate must be detailoriented.

Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Adept planning and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Proactive attitude and ability to generate ideas and problemsolve.

Driven to achieve a successful experience for our customers.

The position requires a commitment of 1020 hours per week during business hours which are from 8 : 30 a.m. to 8 : 00 p.m. This is a hybrid internship that requires you to work onsite one day per week at our Wilmington DE site. Working onsite provides ample time to immerse yourself in our culture and work projects.

The intern pay rate for this position is $ 26.08 $ 27.71 / hour plus eligibility for paid holidays and medicalbenefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay isdetermined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevanteducation or training. Additional Details
