Impact Recruiting Solutions – Pittsfield, MA

Impact Recruiting Solutions is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a respected Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Pittsfield, MA . This full-time position is ideal for professionals dedicated to improving the lives of geriatric patients through expert clinical care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Position Details :

  • Location : Pittsfield, MA
  • Employment Type : Full-Time
  • Hourly Rate : $41 – $45 per hour
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

What You’ll Do :

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and physicians
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy and safety strategies
  • Document care activities in accordance with Medicare and HIPAA standards

    Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • Education : Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensure : Active Massachusetts SLP license
  • Certifications : ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility
  • Additional : Must have valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
  • Preferred : Experience with geriatrics or in a skilled nursing facility
  • Skills :
  • Expertise in dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders
  • Strong documentation and EHR usage
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
